Returns and Exchanges

We will be happy to exchange or refund your pearl purchase within 90 days of the date you receive your item . We hope that this will all plenty of time to review your pearls and make sure they are perfect for you.

You will receive 100% of your purchase price, excluding shipping charges.

To return or exchange an item - please follow these simple steps:

1. Log into your account:

2. Select your order from your account list and submit a refund request.

3. We will send you detailed return/exchange instructions and we will assign a PearlsOnly Customer Care Specialist to follow your return / exchange.

We will expedite return inspection to ensure the fastest refunds and exchanges.
Exchanged or returned items must be received within this 90 day period.
Please note that any pearl jewellery returned showing signs of wear, alteration or damage in any way cannot be accepted.
